Cutter's Camp Contest 2024
By submitting an entry, the participant consents that it is their own original work and that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use any included elements. Prinoth reserves the right to make adjustments and alterations to the winning entry.
The winning participant grants to Prinoth the exclusive right to use, distribute, publish or exploit the received files, including any modifications thereof, in particular on promotional/marketing and/or other Prinoth materials.
The artist shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Prinoth and his agents from and against any and all suits, causes of actions, claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that result from the received files and/or breach of default by the participant of representations, warranties or other obligations including without limitation, any claims or liabilities for libel, slander, illegal or unfair competition or trade practices; infringement of trademarks, trade names or logos of third parties; violations of rights of privacy, publicity, infringements of copyrights and/or other proprietary rights; or advertisements which are otherwise contrary to law.
